Repairs and Returns

Our return/repair policy is as follows:

  • Diffuser World must approve ALL returns/repairs by issuing an RMA number. NO returns/repairs are accepted without a completed form.
  • Shipping charges for all returns/repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return/repair shipments should be sent with confirmations or tracking numbers. Diffuserworld.com claims no responsibility for missing shipments. Any damages that occur during return/repair shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Each returned/repaired item must include proof of purchase. 

These steps ensure the product is properly handled upon receipt.

Diffuser World checks each product before it goes out the door to ensure our customers receive the highest quality available. However, we understand accidents happen and sometimes products need to be repaired. If you need your product repaired, please download the Diffuser World RMA form and send the unit to us. Please note, if the unit is not covered under warranty a $60 repair fee will apply. There is no need to process the payment until our Repair Department determines if the fee will need to be charged.

Our goal at Diffuser World is to offer the most effective and best quality products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes the product is not the right fit, that’s why we offer a 30 day return policy. If you decide you’d like to return your product within the 30 day time period, please complete the Diffuser World RMA form.


Follow all instructions on this form. If the product has been used, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Essential oil smell is not something we can remove. Therefore, this product must be sold as used.


If you’re interested in purchasing a different diffuser, we would be willing to waive the restocking fee upon the new purchase. The difference in price whether a refund or charge for the remaining balance would be adjusted.
